Brooke Cain

As Bureau Services Specialist, Brooke supports new and existing CBA Members using our bureau services, whether that is managing the on-boarding process to access our bureau partnerships or helping to resolve consumer credit disputes or new technical issues for Access and Reporter Members.
Prior to CBA, Brooke worked at Strategies for International Development, a nonprofit working in rural development in Latin America. Prior to that she worked at LiftFund, a nonprofit that provides micro- and small-business loans and services where she worked with funders and helped create loan products such as a green loan product and a healthy food loan product.
Brooke has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado’s Graduate School of Public Affairs. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Microfinance and Financial Inclusion from the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid, Spain.
